Negotiating Offers

When we find the right buyer, we’ll do everything we can to get them to write an offer. We present all written offers for your consideration. To help you fully understand each offer, we will walk you through each item and explain what the buyer is requesting in their contract to purchase your property.  There are typically a few items in the offer that you will want to negotiate.  We will help you prepare your counter offer in a manner to help the buyer see things your way and ultimately buy your home.

Sales Process

There are several key events during the escrow process.  We monitor the sales process closely and keep you informed of all that is going on with the buyer’s loan, the property inspections, the title search and many other procedures necessary in getting the sale finalized.  We will help you determine when to start packing!

Moving

Once we are sure that everything is on tract, we will let you know what day we expect to close. Although many closings take place on the date specified in the “Offer and Acceptance”, some close a little early and some a week or two late.  We will do all we can to keep things on schedule, so you can move as planned.  We’ll also remind you to arrange for your utilities to be disconnected or transferred, submit a change of address, and notify friends and business contacts of your new address.
